No clicks generated (PRO Models)
|
- Gain setting too low, increase gain to maximum and retry
- Microphone jack not firmly plugged in
- Microphone not positioned properly, place in front of audio source and retry.
- Try substituting microphone with a known working unit. Monitor LEDs for activity.
- Try puffing hard as if trying to blow out 40 candles, looking for LED activity, if none recheck all the above and notify LaZee Tek support.

Unwanted clicks generated (PRO models)
|
- Gain setting too high for existing background noise, decrease gain.
|
|
No Cursor movement
|
- Unplug USB cable, wait 10 seconds and reconnect
- Cursor position possibly off to the side of screen & not visible
- Recheck above and notify LaZee Tek support.

No Cursor visable
|
- Cursor is just off the edge of the screen, move the mouse in a circular motion to return it to the viewable screen. Try using a standard mouse to aid in “finding” the cursor.
- Cursor Wrapping programs are available that wrap the cursor back around to the other side of the screen.

Cursor Movement Erratic or Uncontrollable
|
- This is normally caused by loose mounting or in the case of a Body Sensor, oriented incorrectly. The Cursor Verification procedure is helpful in determining proper operation of the equipment.

UP/Down is OK, but L/R doesn’t work
|
- Ensure unit is tilted L & R and not rotated. Rotational movements to the left and right are not intended to move the cursor.
