     The entire LaZee Mouse and eeZee Mouse Families are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Two Years. All parts and labor are covered.

     In the unlikely event a return becomes necessary, contact LaZee Tek to get a Return Authorization Number (RA #).   Return unit to LaZee Tek via pre-paid, insured, shipper of your choice with the RA # visible.   We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking #, as we can not be responsible for items lost during shipping.  LaZee Tek will at its discretion repair or replace the unit. This warranty cannot cover products which have been damaged or abused.  LaZee Tek will pay for the return shipment to addresses within the U.S. Customer is responsible for all shipping & related costs when returning items to other locations.

     Should any product improvements occur after purchasing a LaZee Tek product, just return it to to LaZee Tek as described above to be upgraded. All units under warranty will be eligible for a no-cost upgrade. Units out of warranty will incur a charge for this upgrade.
