LaZee Tek Return Policy
All Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The complete contents must be returned in "new" condition in the original package. An RMA must be obtained prior to shipping the merchandise back. Please call our customer service department at 260 351-3274 to obtain an RMA. Returns within the 30 day period will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return freight and providing LaZee Tek with tracking information to verify delivery. Insurance is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Defective items and incorrect order fulfillments do not incur a restocking fee and will be repaired or replaced within our warranty terms. Partial, damaged or incomplete returns will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Any returns made after 30 and prior to 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
No returns after 60 days will be accepted.
