Warranty
All LaZee MouseTM and eeZee MouseTM adaptive computer mouse units are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Two Years, including all parts and labor.
In the unlikely event a return becomes necessary, contact LaZee Tek to get a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Return unit to LaZee Tek via pre-paid, insured, shipper of your choice with the RA # visible. We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking #, as we can not be responsible for items lost during shipping. LaZee Tek will at its discretion repair or replace the unit. This warranty cannot cover products which have been damaged or abused. LaZee Tek will pay for shipping costs returning unit to customers with addresses within the U.S. Customer is responsible for all shipping & related costs when returning items to any other locations.
Should any product improvements occur after purchasing a LaZee Tek product, just return it to to LaZee Tek as described above to be upgraded. All units under warranty will be eligible for a no-cost upgrade. Units out of warranty will incur a charge for this upgrade.
Return Policy
All Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The complete contents must be returned in "new" condition in the original package. An RMA must be obtained prior to shipping the merchandise back. Please call our customer service department at 260 705-0071 to obtain an RMA. Returns within the 30 day period will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return freight and providing LaZee Tek with tracking information to verify delivery. Insurance is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Defective items and incorrect order fulfillments do not incur a restocking fee and will be repaired or replaced within our warranty terms. Partial, damaged or incomplete returns will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Any returns made after 30 and prior to 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
No returns after 60 days will be accepted.
